If you ever need anything apostilled, you can't do better than Apostille Pros. I contacted them when I discovered belatedly that I needed a particular document apostilled with a turnaround time of less than a month. I spoke with Richard Sevadjian, who was very patient and helpful. He explained that it isn't a fast process, but he calculated that they could have the apostilled document back to me by the end of my window. Good enough! Then he said that, even though I had to give my payment info up front, they wouldn't charge me until the work was done. Even better! In the end, the materials arrived several days *earlier* than my deadline. So thank you, Richard, and Apostille Pros!
